This was my first experience with auto shipping. I shipped my car from Denver CO. to California. I had never auto shipped before. During my search, I had multiple negative experiences. I only wished I would have found Ship a Car Direct and Greg was very responsive and provided very helpful information and links to videos. All scheduled pick-up and delivery times were on time with no issues. Over-all experience was better than expected. He delivered as promised on all aspects of the shipment. Great communication and updates there were no hidden costs or fees. Jesus and Vanessa from the truck team to the terminal people were also great to work with. Car was delivered exactly as it left, The carrier was right on time of what He quoted me and arrived The driver was extremely professional from our first phone conversation to confirm pickup and delivery details as well as when he showed up to pick up the vehicle We had a mix-up when the car was ready for pickup (Saturday). The car battery was dead I took the car to the dealer to change battery. I called to cancel and place the next ground 2 weeks. The car was not ready until 3:00PM. That being said, I called the company and a driver was available to pickup my car 4:00PM same day from my initial call. At times, email communication was a little slow, but phone calls were answered promptly and professionally. Freehold the driver who picked up my car from the Dealer at 5:30pm. I was very lucky that day.
He was on time and very detailed in how the transport would occur. The transport truck was in good condition and he properly tied down my vehicle. If I had to ship in the future or refer someone for Ship a car Direct I would have no problem with referring. Ship a Car Direct
