I worked with Matt via email and phone. He was extremely responsive and helpful. He emailed me a link to some videos reference frequently asked questions. These were a huge help and addressed most of my questions that. I forgot to ask Matt on the phone. Pickup was actually a day earlier than expected, but was a pleasant surprise. Drivers provided great communication about their location and estimated arrival time. Arrival was almost exactly when they told me it would be...only 4 days after pickup. Car was dirty from being in an open trailer and going through areas of snow and rain. There was no noticeable damage to the vehicle. I have worked with two other auto transport companies in the past ten years and This was my best experience to date. I will call them again.
