I would not hesitate to use this company again. Kay was very helpful and answered all of my questions either by phone or e-mail. After I made my decision to use Ship a Car Direct, I was impressed that Kay was able to arrange a same day pickup for my son's car. The driver picked up the car in front of my home in Northern CA on Thursday afternoon and he delivered it to my son's new residence in Wilmington NC exactly 8 days later.
