I would rate my experience in shipping my car across the country as very satisfactory. David the agent was very prompt in communicating with me either via email or phone. I've transported other cars so I'm aware of it taking some time. I had flexibility in that area so the fact that it took 10 days wasn't an issue for me. I don't know how it would have been if I had a deadline but I would have mentioned that before starting the process. The car arrived in good condition and the delivery driver was very nice. Overall a very good experience for a very reasonable price. I was offered a rebate to write my review but I declined it as I wanted this review to come with NO strings attached.
