My overall experience was very positive. My contact person was Matt and he was very polite, and answered all my questions about the transporting process, as this was my first time. The process was very simple and easy. I called Matt, he answered all my concerns, I told him where my vehicles was, when to pick it up, and how I wanted my car transported (enclosed or open shipping). Matt did the rest and sent me an email explaining the price and who would contact me. I later recieved a phone call from the transport company to confirm. My car was delivered 6 days later after pickup with no damage. Overall good experience. I would call Matt again if I ever needed another vehicle transported.
