I had never had a car transported before and was very uncomfortable with the idea of putting my car on a transporter. I used to drive which took me about 3 days. Generally very exhausted when I reached Florida. I was really a novice to this transport dealings and did not know what to expect. Matt helped guide me through the process. He answered all my phone calls and E-Mails promptly and kept me informed through the whole process. Matt explained all the steps, and never asked for up front money until my pick-up date was confirmed. An honest and up front firm.

Adam the driver for the car carrier was prompt, courteous and an expert in his field. Vehicle arrived on time,in same condition as it was picked up and was dropped off right outside my gated community. The cost for transport was competitive with other firms. I would highly recommend Ship a Car Direct and Matt. If I need theses services again I would use them.

Also when you add up the money I spent on hotel rooms, gas, meals not to mention the wear and tear on myself and vehicle the price to ship the was worth it and then some.
