Ship a Car Direct

After being frustrated doing online quotes that ranged from $675 to $1900, receiving endless spam from some companies, and trying to make heads or tails out of these reviews and what to believe, I came across Ship A Car Direct. I liked their Damage Free guarantee and the fact that there are BBB accredited so I requested an online quote. Thinking that the office was already closed, I was surprised when Matt called me about 30 minutes later. Matt answered all of my questions honestly and although I may of saved a few bucks on another broker, I opted to give him my business since his quote was in my competitive price range. Matt is also originally from where I was calling from, so he also had the home field advantage which also made me feel comfortable doing business with him. I was pretty flexible in when the car could be pick up and delivered (no big rush), but by 10:30am the next day, Matt had a carrier assigned, I did the online thing to pay, and 3 hours later the car was picked up...WOW! Cypress Auto Shipping was the carrier and I had no issues at all with them. Car showed up damage free five days later. Albert was the driver and he called me the afternoon before to arrange drop off the next morning. If anything, they had more trouble getting in touch with me, whenever I called the office or the driver, I always spoke to a person, not voicemail so good customer service all around.
All in all I am very happy with Ship a Car Direct, and will most likely will use again when I finish my restoration project next year. Matt, thanks for your help. For those of you wondering, yes, this is a compensated review, but, as a retired Naval Officer, you are getting a truthful review, vice a few flowery words so I can get a few bucks back as a rebate.
