I found working with Tom to be a good experience. Although the car shipped later than I had hoped, it was probably due to the fact it was over the New Year's holiday and the weather in the East Coast was awful. However, in the end, the car got to it's destination within the time I had hoped. I was most pleased with the fact the car got from Coast to Coast in three days! Tom kept me in the loop regarding the initial time delay. As for the carrier, he was on time and polite. He even delivered to car to a residential address in LA. (The car was shipped from PA to CA) The car arrived with no damage. All was good. I would definitely recommend using Ship A Car Direct.
