My overall experience with Ship a Car Direct was very good. It did take longer than I had expected for my car to be picked up, I was expecting 3-4 days and it took 7 but this was during some severe winter weather throughout the entire country, the polar vortex and snow. Once the car was picked up transport and delivery was right on schedule.

Thanks for the great review, Chris! Sorry the polar vortex affected your transport during the busiest shipping season (the weeks following New Year's). You are right, bad weather does sometimes affect drive times and schedules.
