Tom was always easy to get a hold. He was on top of things and kept in touch frequently through e-mails. Pick up was prompt once a carrier was assigned and was on time. Delivery was much faster than I expected, and driver arrived within his timeframe. Car was totally undamaged. No complaints at all.
