The help by email to understand the details of sending my car from CA to MD were very useful.
My car was sent in early January soon after the holidays and it was picked up on time (within the 3 days window) and delivery earlier than the possible 10 days (6 days instead).
Now that I understand how the system works, I will probably use it again.
