Sorry for your frustration Frank, but to be clear, we did not charge you anything and we took no funds or even any credit card information. The reality is that we recommend a quote to contract a carrier for you, and while some jobs are easy to estimate in advance there are some situations where an increased offer is needed to finalize a particular carrier within a narrow timing window. Your final price has nothing to do with your desperation, it has to do with carrier availability. We take pride in being transparent about the process and always prefer to confirm transport for the best possible price.
