I went with Ship a Car Direct because of the helpful videos they posted on line to provide insight about a business I have never been involved with. I researched many sites and they ran the spectrum in terms of price and information. Ship a Car Direct also has a protection guarantee to protect your vehicle, which gave me peace of mind. I contacted them and they contact back promptly. I was given a quote initially and when they reviewed shippers, they found a lower quote, which decreased the over all price. I had a shipper confirmed quickly and that shipper contacted me directly to make arrangements and to provide a target date. The shipper stayed in touch consistently and picked up the vehicle the day after the target date. They were kind and courteous, and kept me informed while my truck was in transit. On the expected day of arrival I picked up my vehicle in good condition, and did not deal with any hassles.

I would recommend this company as this is the only time I have had to ship a vehicle, and it went without any complications. I would use them again if I ever have to ship a vehicle in the future.
