Matt at Ship A Car Direct was diligent, honest, and responsive. Tough time of year to ship from Boston to Colorado. Had been working with another broker who was not able to fulfill order. While it took slightly longer to assign and was a bit more expensive than I would have liked, Matt secured a reputable carrier who picked up a day earlier than expected and delivered the car 2-3 days earlier than expected. Matt kept me informed of the process, both when he was having trouble securing a carrier, after assigning carrier, and after the vehicle was delivered. If Matt is representative of Ship A Car Direct, then I whole heartedly recommend using them. Should the need arise, I will definitely use them again.
