Ship A Car Direct was hassle free with no pressure! I read many horrible reviews of multiple vehicle transport company. I requested insurance information for Ship A Car Direct, Matt provided the information with absolutely no hassle and no questions asked.
The communication was excellent. I was advised by Matt of when I would be contacted by the driver. The driver contacted me the day before for pick up, day of pick up. They informed me the day prior to when the vehicle would be dropped off, the morning of, and an hour before drop off.
