My contact person was Matt Matt was sincere, honest and efficient. If he didn't answer the phone, he got back to be promptly. He made a difficult task a bit easier, in that he explained what would happen each step of the way. He kept me posted on his progress and getting a driver lined up in my time frame. He always answered my questions in a helpful way.
The truck driver was on time, efficient and courteous. He did a through job of inspecting my car and I felt comfortable leaving my car in his hands.
The truck driver who delivered my car seemed to be a bit overworked. He was one day late, however, I do believe it was because some customer's messed him up.
I was very pleased with Ship A Car Direct, and would use them again.
