Matt and Amanda were great at following up to make sure that my experience was a good one. In addition, the carrier they secured was also good at confirming timing while allowing flexibility in the transfer.

The pick-up was smooth and handled professionally. The driver had an earlier-than-planned availability, which actually worked to our advantage.

The delivery was also smooth, with one caveat - the driver must have picked up a small amount of grease on his glove as there were a few marks left on the inside of the driver's door. Not difficult to remove (a little WD40 and some mild dishwashing soap).

Matt followed up promptly to make sure that I was satisfied with the delivery.

I would use Ship-A-Car-Direct again.
