We had a good experience overall. The driver was on time picking up and delivering. The only thing to be aware of is that the transport truck might not be able to make it on residential streets - and you will need to be on-call to possibly meet the driver at a nearby intersection. Also, my mom wanted a receipt of some sort and the driver didn't have one. But, all's well that ends well - and he was very prompt. The price was good and I would use them again.

Thank you for the great feedback! That is an important point - some residential streets are not fit for loading. If there are low-hanging trees, or a gated entry, or tight turns or even weight restrictions, the carrier may have to meet nearby.
