Hi just want to tell you guy's and gals out there alittle about my car shipment. I used Shipacardirect. Witch was the smartest thing that I did, Mat was my contact person at Shipacar and with out him this might have turned out to be the worse shipment ever!!! The carrier was DC and it started bad and got worse fromthere. Twelve hours late for the pick up and then truck broke down and lost a week waitting for another truck to pick up load. All this with very little contact with the driver, but Mat at shipacar was right on top of everyhing and kept me informed all the way! DC finaly called to drop the car in Oregon and was another eight hours late for the drop. I don't need to say I wasn't very happy but I met the driver and pulled the car inside of a shop where we could get a better inspection of it. Do to the later hour it was hard to look over the whole car, but right off I found damage the the driver had not marked on his pick up invoice.
We talked about it I marked it and had him sign what i could see in the dark biulding. The next day I went out to look at the car in the day light and sorry to say found that there was way more damge then I thought. I called DC to report what I had found to get NO responce from them. Then I called Mat at Shipacar and told him what I had found, He said he would look into it for me with the carrier. Two week with no responce from the carrier. While I was waitting to hear back I got a qoute from a body shop for the damage it total 450.00. I sent Shipacar the invoice and that I had pd for repairs. Once again they tried to get the carrier to do the right thing,but with no luck.
Then Shipacar took over the and sent me a refund for the whole amount...I am Very Happy to have worked with such a Outstanding company as Shipacar and (MAT)!!! For something that could have turned out much worse. I have to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO SHIPACARDIRECT in making everything right with me...!

I will use them again thanks to the Great customer servive from Shipacar!!! :)
