Thank you for the positive feedback, Shelley! Sorry you couldn't reach the driver when you wanted news, but it's very likely he couldn't return your calls because he was driving. Drivers will call customers directly when they can give a good estimate for arrival, and as you mentioned they cannot predict accurately in advance. They often call at the end of the drive day or first thing in the morning with arrival estimates.
