After trying to contact another shipping company I had used in the past for 2 weeks and getting no response, I called Ship A Car Direct. David promptly answered and explained the process for shipping my two cars (one from CA to TN and the other from NJ to TN). He promptly gave me quotes (which were lower than what I paid when I shipped a year earlier with a different company). The two cars were picked up on time. The one from NJ to TN was delivered a bit late because the driver was caught in a bad snowstorm on the East Coast. The car from CA to TN was delivered on time despite the long distance. Both drivers kept in touch. And David followed up and was easy to reach when needed. The cars were dirty, but that is to be expected because we shipped via open carrier. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.
