Thanks for the 5 star review, Laura! Glad your trust in us was not misplaced! To be clear, it's not true that we don't pay attention to customer reviews. Many carriers do not put a lot of effort into encouraging good reviews or responding online to reviews. We value customer feedback, but online forums don't always present a complete and accurate picture of potential carriers. We have access to industry rating tools as well as years of direct experience with carriers that can be more reliable. We carefully screen our carriers, we have a blacklist of carriers that we will not use, but if you are ever concerned about the carrier match, please contact your Ship A Car Direct rep and they will share the carrier's industry ratings or find a new match.
