As stated in the subject, Greg at Ship a Car Direct offered amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgable and helpful in shipping my car cross country. He kept me updated throughout the process, and checked in as necessary, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
The delivery itself was on time. It took about eight days to get from Oregon to NJ, and everything was smooth sailing. Overall, the process was so easy- so much easier than I expected, and well worth the price.
