I had called Matt from Ship a direct at the last moment to ship my car to California. He was very friendly and prompt in finding me a carrier. He was extremely responsive and kept us updated from time to time through emails and phone calls. The carrier picked up our car on the promised date. He was extremely professional and informed us ahead of time regarding his timelines for the delivery. He also called us to keep us on the loop regarding his status. I got my car one day ahead of schedule and it was in very good condition. Overall I had a very good experience and I have also recommended my friend to use their service for his car shipping needs.
