Ship a car direct was a totally positive experience. Videos provided information to understand the process and an understanding of what to expect plus what the vehicle owner should do to prepare. Tom maintained consistent contact so you felt your order was being taken care of and your vehicle would be picked up as planned. The shippers were prompt, friendly and courteous.
