The biggest factor was the honest approach and explaining the entire process of ship a car direct. David was always available and willing to discuss any issues. This made the process very easy for me and I was clearly comfortable with the entire procedure. Especially since this was the first time I had ever used a shipping company. David did a great job and his crew delivered as explain.
