I just shipped my car from California to MA last month. To be honest, they did good job during this process. I got my car at the scheduled time. The only unexpected thing is that the car is very dirty. For this issue, I think it may be understandable due to the heavy snow during that period in Boston. From car pick-up to delivery, the right person always gave me a call in advance. It's a good idea to choose this company to ship your car.
