They only gave a 15 min notice for pickup...so they had to pickup another vehicle and come back. Car arrived at destination a little late due to a breakdown, luckily the car was not needed by a certain time. All else was satisfactory other than being extremely dirty.
This pertains to transporter only.

Ship A Car Direct was great . Jason was very helpful and professional . He stayed in constant contact with me. Highly recommend them

Thanks for the recommendation, Diane, we think Jason is pretty great too! And sorry to hear the carrier didn't give you much notice. It's not ideal, but it is helpful to expect to be flexible around timing estimates.
