I was a bit nervous to ship my baby (my 2004 Jeep Liberty) from Brooklyn to Illinois but needed to do so VERY quickly. My first call was about two weeks before I needed a pick-up, but I didn't book until about 4-5 days out and Ship-A-Car direct managed to make it work....and within my price range.

I watched all of the online videos and Jason was EXTREMELY responsive from my first inquiry call all the way through the drop-off. My carrier was GEGA Transportation. The downside was that the driver was a little late and I felt a bit uncomfortable meeting him so late at night, but he was extremely professional (even offered to drive me back to where I was), and assured me that my baby was in good hands. He was great.

The driver picked up my car on Monday night in Brooklyn, and it was delivered bright and early on Wednesday morning (a day early) in Illinois in great condition.

I am VERY VERY VERY particular and cautious when it comes who handles my car. Ship-A-Car Direct did a wonderful wonderful job.

Thank you for your high recommendation, Courtney! You bring up a good point: carrier confirmation usually comes the week of pick-up, often within a couple of days of pick-up. Glad we found the right carrier for your baby!
