I am very particular with my vehicle. For transport across the country, I wanted to have confidence in the company arranging the transport and with the carrier itself. I contacted a couple of companies before selecting Ship a Car Direct. Right from the start, Ship a Car Direct gave me a confident feeling and assured me that they utilize only the highest quality carriers (trucks and drivers). My contact at Ship a Car Direct was David. David carefully explained their criteria for selecting a carrier. I selected Ship a Car Direct well in advance of my move date. David maintained frequent contact with me as the date approached. David was very responsive to my emails and any questions. He informed me of the pickup date, and was flexible when I needed to delay it by two days. The truck was in excellent condition and had an easy and risk-free loading/unloading mechanism. The driver was very thorough, and it was clear that he was very careful with the vehicles that he was transporting. My vehicle arrived within the estimated time and in perfect condition. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct for arranging any vehicle transportation. And it was a pleasure dealing with David.
