My shipment is probably the longest distance you can get. From Columbia SC to Tacoma WA it took 9 days, which was not bad. It was only one day late than expected. The car was not damaged but dirty because the truck had to pass a few states that were snowing. The truck driver was willing to send the car to a address where I returned my rental car. It was convenient for me because I do not have to return the rental car separately. Overall the experience was positive.
