My contact, Adam, at Ship-direct was excellent in helping me. Since this was my first time in shipping my car, I was very nervous. I called him all the time before the company picked a driver, and Adam was very patient in holding my hand. Even during the weekend, he was there to answer questions. The driver is also excellent. Since I have a Mercedes, I wanted to make sure it would not be damaged, so my husband and I watched the entire loading process of the car. And we were really impressed by the driver's skill and willingness of showing us how he would take care of the car. The car arrived ON TIME WITHOUT ONE SCRATCH. We are really pleased and would recommend them to anybody.
