The driver was confused as to location of pick up and hence was several hours but then ultimately, a day late. I believe it was due to the fact he could not speak English clearly. He was very polite and apologetic however. It was also due in part to the fact the pick up location was changed from the time I originally ordered to the service on line, to another location to make it easier for pick up and loading.
All that said, pick up and drop off dates were earlier than I expected considering the vehicles (3 of them) were shipped from the east coast to the west coast. There was an extra charge for loading vehicles which wouldn't start but I was aware of that beforehand. I feel comfortable using this service again.

Thank you for your feedback, Cap! You bring up some good points - we do need to know the running status of a vehicle to price it correctly in advance. Non-running vehicles are more labor intensive to load and unload, so it requires a slightly higher fee. And it is helpful to let us know when your addresses change - we can help coordinate and communicate that part.
