EXCELLENT SERVICE! I am excited about providing this review because I have never shipped a vehicle anywhere, let alone across country. I did extensive research and narrowed my search down to about 5 companies. After talking to all of them, it became very clear to me who I wanted to work with. David, at Ship a Car Direct was quick to put me at ease and never applied any pressure. David only cared about ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. After deciding to used Ship a Car Direct, the communication between me, David and the actual truck driver just got better. David kept me well informed over email as the process was ongoing and took my calls to continue working me through the process. With David's help, I contacted the driver and was able to maintain contact with him as he moved from Seattle to Alabama. My vehicle was delivered early and was in perfect condition. The driver was awesome and you could tell, he cared about what he does. Last, David and Ship a Car Direct were tracking the movement as well and contacted me shortly after the vehicle was delivered. Again, couldn't have asked for better service. This whole experience has been great and I now am enjoying my new truck her in Alabama. Ship a Car Direct gets an A+++++ from me and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND them for any transportation services. Thanks David!!!
