I was really pleased with my service from Ship a Car Direct, everything was simple from pickup to drop off and Matt kept me informed along the way. He was knowledgeable and personable. I did quite a bit of research and read too many horror stories before deciding the go with this company and shopped around quite a bit for prices. Their price was pretty on par with most of the other prices I was quoted.

I booked a few weeks in advance and Matt was with me along every step of the way sending me emails letting me know exactly where we were in the process. My car was picked up within a few days of my original scheduled pickup date and the carrier was friendly and made me feel more at ease with the process. My car arrived exactly when it was supposed to and although it was a little dirty, it was in proper working order. Should I ever need to ship a car again, I would definitely recommend Ship a Car Direct and their knowledgeable team.
