Ship A Car Direct arranged the transport of our vehicle in conjunction with a permanent move. I contacted Ship A Car Direct after a lot of research, including verifying their excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. I was immediately connected to Mike. He was a breath of fresh air....professional, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable about the business. He explained everything to me, and we arranged the move. Throughout the week, Mike was in constant contact with me. He was always available, always took my calls right away or returned my calls immediately. He emailed me a lot of helpful information, including insurance info and very helpful videos. My carrier was also great, very nice, and followed through wonderfully through the delivery process. Everything happened just as Mike had explained it would. It happened very quickly, no surprises, and the entire experience turned out to be 100% positive. I wish every company of every type delivered their services/products in the same manner Ship A Car Direct did. These days it isn't that often that you get exactly what you are told, on time, for the exact price, no hidden fees, no tricks, just good, honest, trustworthy service. Mike and his company restored my faith in people and business. If anyone needs to ship a vehicle safely, reliably and with peace of mind, Ship A Car Direct is the only choice!
