Everything went smoothly for the most part and the car was delivered in the same condition it left in. The one thing that went wrong was my car had a Rhino Basket on top and I told the guy who organized the pick up over the phone and also left a comment on the initial web site quote request. When the carrier showed up he was not able to accommodate the roof rack so I had to take it off. It was a pain but not the end of the world. You just have to tell these people several times if you have any unusual issues and make sure they understand.
