The service was prompt and on time for sure. The driver and dispatch were very friendly and helpful and very willing to work with you. But there are a few downsides to it. Basiclly you have to call them to have them communicate with you first. They aren't very communicative when transporting. The driver does not speak English too well and has trouble hearing sometimes so he will scream directions of his whereabouts sometime so you may have to call the dispatch to help you find his location. Otherwise the dispatch and driver is very friendy.

My word of advice for using this again is initiate contact with them and periodic check in with the dispatch and/or driver to their whereabouts. They are very reasonable and easy to talk to afterwards.
