This was the first time I ever shipped my car across the country and was extremely nervous. I did extensive research on the BBB website and narrowed it down to Ship a Car Direct due solely on price and BBB rating. I received a phone call immediately from David to discuss the quote and have any and all my questions answered. I even nervously emailed until a shipper was assigned and David patiently responded to every email. David contacted me again the day after the expected delivery date to make sure my car arrived and in good condition. Was very pleased with the service. On a side note, the shipper was fantastic as well, stayed in contact with me throughout the entire trip! Would definitely use again and have already recommended to another fellow mover.
