Thank you for your feedback, Anil. Sorry for the confusion around your rebate - it's not something that happens immediately upon delivery but you have been rebated. We like to do a follow-up with you after delivery, and the rebates are processed following that. They usually show up in the next business day or two. Please let your sales rep know if you have not received your rebate by now!
