good company, bad service

I honestly believe this is a good company with a great pitch line "damage free or we pay guaranteed". However, this was not the case for me. I had a car delivered that came to me damaged. After this broker tried for several weeks to get the transport company to pay, which they never did, Ship A Car Direct never came through on their end, either, so I was stuck with the bill to fix the damage to my car.

So sorry that you were inconvenienced. The carrier did offer to pay for the repairs, but it seems the amount due was unclear. Then we offered to pay for the damages and we requested the receipts for the repairs, but we didn't hear from you until this review. Your salesperson has tried to reach out to you to resolve the issues, and we will happily reimburse you for the repairs. You are not stuck with the bill, please forward it to us and we will take care of it.
