Initially my experience was a bit daunting because there were mixed reviews on practically all of the brokers/carriers I researched. I chose Ship A Car Direct because their website was very user-friendly and I could quickly get a good overview, and they had good overall ratings and no complaints on BBB. The quotation was higher than some but reasonable. The carrier selected was a 5-star carrier: I kept on top of it to make sure that nothing was missed for the pick-up and delivery, which turned out well. The exterior of the car was dirty but I think this is to be expected given the miles it traveled across country. I would definitely recommend Ship A Car Direct to others.
