Very positive experience overall - good communication at all stages. Service was door to door. Pickup was a day earlier than the quoted date, but it wasn't a problem for me. I was told it'd take 7-10 days for transporting my car, and I got it at the destination in 7 days. So be prepared for a +/- 1 day margin for pickup and drop off.
Will definitely use their services again. Also recommended a friend to ship their car through Ship a Car Direct.
