We were moving from California to upstate New York , I worked with Mike, he was very thorough in explaining the process and was great about following up and staying in touch through out the whole process. The driver, Vitali was professional and courteous. It was a great experience over all. It was amazing our car was shipped door to door. When the car arrived, for some reason the Battery had died. The driver jump started it for us and made sure we were satisfied. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend and also use ship a car direct again in the future.
