Transporter was late

My only complaint was that the man who picked up the vehicle was originally to have arrived between 8 and 9 AM. When he was not there a little after 8 I called him and he said he would be there at 10 AM. He actually showed up at noon, which required us to have someone else wait for him at the pick-up point, which was a little bit of a hassle. He drove the vehicle straight to the delivery point and made it 8 hours later which was good. I might add his English skills were somewhat lacking which left me wondering if he was really getting what I was saying and led to some awkward pauses in the conversation. But he was very nice and it worked out fine.
