There were other options to deliver my daughters' car. But I chose 'Ship a Car Direct'. The informative website especially the videos that answered my immediate concerns was the main reason for my decision.
But, even if my questions was answered with the informative videos, I still called the company to confirm the information presented.
I had the great pleasure of being served by Mr Matt. He was patient with my enquireries , and I know I was often redundant. Mr Matt kept in constant contact with me, either by email or phone call. Constant update was given before
the delivery date via email. Mr Matt knew that the delivery of the car had to be sent within a certain period . Mr Matt did make all attempts to organize the pickup and delivery within my preferred date.
My experience was good with 'Ship a Car Direct' , especially with the polite gentlemenly manner that Mr Matt provided his service. I will use 'Ship a Car Direct' for any car delivery again. I know I will be assisted with great service from
Mr Matt. Thank you.
