I spent hours reviewing car shipping companies and decided on this company based on the strong reviews. I am very glad I did! David was the primary contact; he was extremely helpful, had prompt communication and worked with me while I was still in Japan. They picked up a new vehicle from a dealership without me there and transported it (CO to FL) in 2 days. We ran into problems with the dealership (refused to release the car at the time due to some non-related issues) and though it created a real pain for the shipping company, they worked with me and the dealership to come to a solution. I was impressed by how they stuck by me and did not just walk away; I almost would not have blamed them.

The car arrived in perfect condition, much faster than I expected and due to some travel delays from Japan, actually beat us to Florida. The driver worked with us to drop it off with a friend and allowed me to pay the remainder of the fee to him 2 days later when he was driving back through the area. Now THAT is true customer service and going the extra mile to help someone out.

I will always use this company for future shipping needs and highly recommend saving yourself a few more hours of reading reviews and just pull the trigger now. You will not regret it.
