as a first time user, i was unsure of which company to use, or even how Auto Transport services worked. After entering info online, i had 2 fast talking representatives contact me and try to secure business while glossing oer their service record, even stating that they had excellant standings with the Better Business Bureau. i then checked with the BBB online to find that they did not have the steller ratings they spoke of. I did enter a search in the BBB site of who DID have a great rating, and Ship A Car Direct came up, with an "A" rating. A review of their website confirmed that they were an honest and upfront business and then a phone chat with David sealed the deal.
The driver contacted us at each end of the trip a day prior and an hour prior, as promised. we found a mutually easy and convenient delivery location.
The car arrived in great condition.
I was amazed at how seamless the system was, and was pleased especially after reading some online reviews of competitors.
David was always just a phone call or email away, and answered all of my questions/concerns in a very timely fashion.
I would definitley use them again and highly recommend their friendly, professional service!
