I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience using "Ship a Car Direct"! I originally sent an email and it was promptly answered by Jason. I chose this company because, they were very professional and they offered some helpful videos that prepared and explained the whole entire process, including instructions of what to do, in the event of a mishap.

Jason, was very helpful and he made me feel very comfortable and confident that the vehicle would be picked up and delivered on time.

In addition, the driver was very prompt and informative. He gave us tips regarding our drive back to CA and he also was a good communicator. He called ahead of time to tell us when he would pick up the vehicle, status when in route, and time he would drop off the car in CA.

I would not hesitate to use "Ship a Car Direct" if I need to transport a car long distance once again! Nice job!
