I checked the BBB web site for reviews and Ship A Car Direct had an A rating. This told me their service had to be good - so I went with what the BBB said. The Better Business Bureau was right! They picked up my car on a Friday morning after I put the request in a few days before, and delivered my car early on Sunday afternoon when they originally said it would be there Sunday evening. I don't like how all these companies only take cash/cashier's check/money order because I would have liked to pay via credit card, but I guess this is the nature of moving/shipping companies. Overall the service was good and my car was not damaged, and Emily was great and answered all questions. Definitely go with them, or check the BBB for ratings before you commit to a service. They also offered a rebate for this review... Which I glady filled out because they did their job and were ahead of schedule!

Thanks for the A+ review, Allison! Happy to prove our BBB rating true! And that's a good point to mention: COD (Cash/certified funds on delivery) is industry standard.
